Description
Do you want to learn how to BBQ like a professional and eat great food? Join Cody Clinton of TX Pitmasters LLC to learn how to optimize your BBQing experiences. This course will cover various types of smokers and fuel sources and teach you the basic principles of controlling your smoker’s environment. Discuss meat cuts, selections, various flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
Participants will participate in preparing, cooking, and eating a BBQ meal during the class and receive recipes to take home. Meal and recipes included!
